Full Note:

1. Author First Name/Initial Surname, "Article Title," Newspaper Title,
      Month Day, Year, URL.

Concise Note: 

2. Author Surname, "Article Title." 

Bibliography:

Author Surname, First Name or Initial. "Article Title." Newspaper Title,
            Month Day, Year. URL.

Full Note:

Concise Note:
